Very blue, but I love these colours a lot. Spent ages on this one, so long that I started getting bored of it...

Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did when I was working on this. ^^

OMG, This is truly gorgeous!! O_O Blue is absolutely my favorite color, so I'm totally in love with this drawing!! XDD :heart: I really love how you drew the water against her skin, it looks SO realistic!! o_o You're so good with the female anatomy too!! And I just love the whole CG look, it looks like it could be an artwork for a Japanese PC game or something! XDD And the hair does look really complicated too, o_o but you did it so well! Omg, I just can't stop staring, the water is so entrancing and beautiful!! XDD The shade of blue you chose is amazing too! :love:

Really?! I love those colours the most. Water against the skin was something I've never done before, ref'd so much for it, I was going crazy lol... Some of it looks realistic, but most, in my eyes still seem crappy.
If I was bothered I would have done a much better job with the water... but after working on it for so long I was growing tired of it, and wanted it done asap. ^^;

female body... still one of the hardest things to draw for me, even though I've drawn a lot of them before I still had to reference a lot and change stuff along the way. I still haven't got a good enough mental image of the anatomy yet.
As for hair, it was fun to draw really! but it was a back breaker to colour in hahaha.
Someone once told me that my stuff look like CG artwork from Japanese games on one of my first drawings ever.. but seriously I'm no way near that level.

It's funny though, the time required for me to finish this work increased as I "try" to improve the quality. But when I look back on it, improvements are there, but still quite minimal. I think I'm expecting too much, with my current artistic skills. Can you believe it took almost a month of working on and off to finish this. :wow:

Anyway, thanks so much for taking your time to look at it and comment ^^ also thanx for faving it =D

Wow, I get that feeling too. XDD When you work on something so much, you start growing tired of working on it and just want it to be done. XDD But omg, you're not giving yourself enough credit! I think you're on that level already! The way you color and shade in everything is so professional! I can tell this took a whole TON of time to do... :omg: I'm seeing a huge improvement in this compared to your older works too, a HUGE improvement! I think water is one of the hardest elements to draw, but you totally captured the essence of it in here! Such fantastic work!! :w00t: And you're welcome! :D

One month is a long time though, would love to be able to at least finish artworks in a 2 week time frame. I can see the improvements as well. Time is what makes me feel as if I'm not ready for it yet, and that I should be spending more time on the basics and slow down, and not expect too much improvement too soon.
