Finally finished colouring the sketch [link]
The character is Hakurei Reimu, from Touhou Project. She's performing a spirit sealing spell. *note*... the spirits in the background...
This one took a little longer to colour than planned because I had been very busy. This is my first attempt at adding a background to my CG's, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Now I need to learn more photoshop effects.
I might edit this picture again, because I feel something is missing.
